Account Manager (IT/BFSI/Hanoi)

ACCOUNT MANAGER (IT / BFSI / Hanoi) Location: Cau Giay District, Hanoi Industry: Banking & Finance, Securities, Insurance Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and develop relationships with new clients; drive business opportunities for IT products and solutions serving customers in the Banking & Finance, Securities, and Insurance sectors. Manage, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing clients; regularly update and track comprehensive customer information. Take full responsibility for achieving assigned sales targets in line with the approved business plan. Coordinate closely with relevant internal teams throughout the contract implementation and execution process to ensure project progress and service quality commitments to clients. Job Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in project-based sales of IT products/solutions , preferably within the Banking & Finance, Securities, or Insurance (BFSI) sectors. Preference for candidates with a solid understanding of banking and financial operations and processes . Good command of English . Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, negotiation, sales, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset, high sense of responsibility, and strong work enthusiasm. Capable of working under pressure and meeting performance demands in a business-driven environment. Compensation & Benefits Monthly income: Base salary + KPI bonus ( 20% of monthly salary ) + sales commission; total compensation package of up to 27 months salary per year . Periodic performance awards ranging from VND 5–20 million , depending on achievements and award structure (monthly/quarterly/program-based/special performance).
