One-of-a-kind experiences delivered by energised and enthusiastic teams, exceeding the highest standards About the Role The Management Accountant will play a central role in supporting the financial control, reporting, audits and operational finance activities of the organisation. Working closely with the CFO, this role ensures accurate financial and management reporting, strong accounting processes, effective cash management, and compliance with statutory requirements. This position requires a technically strong accountant with the maturity to handle end-to-end accounting operations, closing, reporting, and audits, and contribute to management reporting. RESPONSIBILITIES Cash Management Prepare daily/weekly cash flow reports and monitor liquidity. Supervise daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Support cash forecasting and working capital analysis. Maintain treasury schedules and banking documentation. Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports, with timely closing. Prepare variance analysis and highlight key financial insights. Maintain reporting schedules and ensure timely submissions. Assist in developing dashboards and performance reports. Audits & Statutory Compliance Assist in the preparation and timely filing of statutory returns (VAT, corporate tax, payroll compliance). Maintain compliance documentation and lead regulatory audits. Lead financial audits with external auditors and prepare required schedules, end-to-end. Accounts Receivable & Payable Oversee accurate processing of customer invoices and revenue recognition. Monitor receivables ageing and follow up on overdue accounts. Support collections and customer account reconciliations. Review vendor invoices for accuracy and coding. Maintain AP ageing and ensure timely vendor payments. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve issues. General Ledger & Month-End Close Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate posting of all transactions. Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules. Budgeting & Forecasting Lead the preparation of annual budgets in collaboration with department heads. Maintain rolling forecasts, incorporating updated assumptions and business drivers. Track budget adherence and provide early warnings on deviations. Support scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis for strategic initiatives. Financial Operations Support Provide financial data and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost analyses. Support cross-functional teams with financial insights when required. Miscellanous Any other responsibilities assigned by the CFO. REQUIREMENTS Education & Certifications Qualified Accountant (CMA, ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA) preferred. Or, Part Qualified Accountant + Bachelors degree in Accounting. Or, Minimum Bachelors degree in Accounting. Experience Minimum 6 years of progressive, post-qualification accounting experience. Strong background in management accounting and financial reporting. Excellent experience in AR, AP, GL, cash management, and month-end close. Experience in statutory compliance and audit processes. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory compliance and tax regulations in UAE and across the GCC. Proficiency in Xero and Zoho Books accounting systems. Advanced Excel, Google Sheets and financial analysis skills. Soft Skills High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. Clear communication and ability to present financial information. Professional maturity with good attitude, and reliability in handling sensitive financial data. Languages Fluent in English Arabic preferable but not mandatory LOCATION & COMMITMENTS Full-time, contracted. Work 5 days a week, 9 hours per day including a 1-hour lunch break. Office-based, with some flexibility for occasional WFH. The role will be either based in Dubai or in Abu Dhabi. Periodic travel required. BENEFITS All-inclusive salary of AED 15,000 per month.
