Arabic‑Speaking Digital Marketing Support Specialist Marketing Operations Project Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: On‑Site Start Date: 19 February 2026 Role Overview We are looking for an Arabic‑Speaking Digital Marketing Support Specialist to support clients with paid marketing campaigns and performance analysis . This role requires hands‑on experience in digital marketing tools and close interaction with marketing platforms and data. Work Schedule Initial Phase (12‑hour operation): Monday to Sunday: 07:00 – 19:00 2 shift options: 07:00 – 16:00 10:00 – 19:00 2 rotating days off Later Phase (TBC by client): Monday to Sunday – 24/7 rotative shifts 2 rotating days off Candidates must be comfortable transitioning to a 24/7 environment Language Requirement Arabic: Native level Native Arabic speakers from any country can be considered Mandatory Requirements Proven experience in paid campaign management Mandatory experience with Google Analytics Degree in Marketing or a related field Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Customer‑oriented and detail‑focused mindset Salary Package Base Salary: €920 per month (paid over 14 months ) Additional Allowance: €40 per month (paid over 11 months ) Bonus: N/A Benefits Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (monthly contribution required) Free after 6 months of contract Important Information No relocation or accommodation support Candidates must already be located in Lisbon Fully on‑site position
