An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maths Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join an Outstanding mixed secondary school in Leeds from January 2026. The Role The successful ECT will teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4 , with the opportunity to develop towards KS5 teaching in the future. You will be supported through a comprehensive ECT induction programme, including mentoring, reduced timetable, regular CPD, and peer observation. Candidate Profile • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or on track to achieve QTS • Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics • Enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to professional development • Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues • Eligibility to work in the UK Salary and Benefits Paid on the Main Pay Scale (MPS) with excellent ECT support, mentoring, and long-term progression opportunities.
