Through a Bucket Model, investors participate in stable assets that form a protective base, from which capital is allocated to startups, entrepreneurs, and operational projects. The client emphasizes sustainable growth, disciplined asset structuring, and long-term value creation. About the Role: The Marketing Junior will support the clients commercial and institutional presence by executing core marketing and communication activities. This role is operational and execution-focused, working closely with leadership and sales teams to support growth initiatives and brand positioning. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and maintenance of the institutional website and landing pages Manage and update the CRM system (HubSpot) Assist in the creation of commercial materials, presentations, and proposals Support marketing campaigns aligned with sales and investor outreach Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across materials Qualifications: Junior-level experience in marketing, communications, or a related field Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) Basic knowledge of digital marketing, content, or web platforms Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, structured environment
