IT Lead Manager Location: Doha, Qatar About the Role Our client, a leading organization in Qatar, is seeking an experienced IT Lead Manager to oversee IT operations, lead technology and AI strategy implementation, and optimize systems for secure and efficient performance. Key Responsibilities Lead analysis of the company's technology infrastructure and AI requirements Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business objectives Oversee day-to-day IT operations, systems, and network management Plan and execute strategic technology upgrades and system optimizations Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance Manage IT team, budgets, and vendor relationships Drive innovation through emerging technologies and AI solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 7-10 years of IT management experience Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems administration Experience with AI technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Expertise in cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills Relevant certifications (PMP, CISSP, ITIL) preferred
