Relationship Manager (Chinese Speaking)

Job Summary: This role is an individual contributor who will focus on Affluent to High-net-worth bank customers. Scope of RM will be serving and maintaining customer relationships to support Banca business objectives. Main Responsibilities: Consolidate daily tracking report of the sales team Deliver sales target as assigned by the line manager Providing life insurance solutions to Banks clients Work closely with Bank Relationship Manager and provide innovative product solutions to address client's protection, and long-term financial needs Responsible for developing, managing, and retaining client relationships with affluent and high-net-worth individuals Main Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, finance or a related field 2 – 4 years sales/ customer relation experiences in banking/financial industry Good English and Chinese languages Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Internet & Email-Outlook). Good personality, commitment, self-driven and self-motivation. Be able to do public speaking/presentation Strong Relationship Management capabilities with sound sales and negotiation skills.
