Supporting students with their transition from Reception into Key Stage 1. Creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages creativity and confidence. Regularly assessing student progress and tailoring lessons to meet individual needs. Building positive relationships with both children and parents to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment. What We’re Looking For: QTS and experience teaching in Key Stage 1, particularly Year 1. A creative and nurturing approach to teaching. Strong classroom management skills.
