Role Information The school is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a successful and well-established Mathematics Department. You will teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 for a suitably experienced candidate. The role involves delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that develop students’ mathematical fluency, problem-solving skills, and logical reasoning. You will support students in preparing for GCSE and A Level examinations, using a range of teaching strategies to meet the needs of learners of varying abilities. You will also contribute to curriculum planning, assessment design, and the ongoing development of teaching resources within the department. Beyond the classroom, the successful candidate will be encouraged to support enrichment opportunities such as maths clubs, competitions, and extension programmes that promote a love of mathematics and academic excellence. Requirements • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related subject • Experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level • Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with GCSE specifications (A Level desirable) • Ability to deliver clear, structured, and engaging lessons • Excellent classroom management, organisation, and communication skills • A commitment to inclusive teaching and high academic standards Application To apply, please send your CV as soon as possible.
