Our client is seeking Tax Manager to lead U.S. sales and use tax compliance for a specialized business line while partnering closely with the corporate tax team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote environment, enjoys improving processes, and wants exposure to both corporate and business‑unit‑specific tax operations. Remote | No Visa Sponsorship Requirements: Support audits and respond to tax-related inquiries. Assist with scaling tax operations as the business grows. Manage U.S. sales & use tax compliance, filings, and reporting. Improve, document, and streamline tax processes and procedures. Manage tax-related projects, deadlines, and cross-functional communication. Serve as the primary tax contact for the Mortgage Finance/Smart Solutions business. Collaborate with the broader corporate tax team to ensure alignment and compliance. Qualifications/Must-Haves: Strong project management skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Experience in large, complex, or multi-entity organizations. Familiarity with tax process improvement or documentation. Strong, hands-on experience with U.S. sales & use tax required.
