As part of our Nordic customer service team, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience every day. Your main tasks will include: Assisting customers via phone and email with a variety of questions and issues Providing clear, accurate, and helpful information with a strong service mindset Taking full responsibility for customer cases from start to resolution Building positive customer relationships through friendly and professional communication Working toward quality and efficiency goals Contributing to a positive team atmosphere and sharing feedback with management Who We're Looking For: Native speakers of Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish Advanced level of English (B2–C1 or higher) Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and active listening skills Comfortable speaking on the phone and helping customers Experience working with various computer systems Holding an EU passport and willing to relocate to Athens What’s Offered: Paid flight ticket to Athens Taxi transfer from the airport to your hotel upon arrival Two weeks of free accommodation when you start Support in finding permanent housing Opportunity to work remotely, in a hybrid model, or on-site.
