Talent Acquisition Executive

One of our prestigious clients is seeking a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while working closely with internal teams and clients to meet hiring requirements efficiently. SALARY: Negotiable (based on experience) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for assigned job vacancies. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules. Post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms. Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases. Liaise with clients to understand recruitment needs and timelines. Coordinate candidate follow-ups and onboarding support. Ensure recruitment processes are completed within deadlines. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes. Experience in client handling and coordination. Fluency in English (spoken and written). Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
