A vibrant Mixed School in Hillingdon is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Drama Teacher to join our dynamic Performing Arts department. We are looking for an educator who can inspire creativity, build confidence, and develop students' understanding of theatre and performance. About the Role: Deliver engaging and practical Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering acting techniques, script analysis, theatre history, and stagecraft. Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that encourage improvisation, role-play, and collaborative performance. Assess student progress through practical performances, written work, and presentations, providing constructive feedback. Direct and produce school plays and theatrical performances. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Drama or a related field. A strong knowledge of dramatic techniques, theatre history, and play texts. Experience in directing and producing theatre performances. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
