Geography ECT required January 2026 Mixed secondary school based in March Geography ECT to join a forward-thinking and highly supportive Humanities faculty Our Client is seeking a Geography ECT to deliver KS3 and KS4 Geography within a supportive secondary school in March. The successful candidate will teach a broad curriculum covering physical and human geography, map skills and environmental studies while being fully supported through an enhanced ECT induction programme. School Information This 11–18 school serves approximately 1,200 students and has a strong reputation for academic consistency, structured behaviour systems and excellent pastoral care. The Geography department benefits from specialist classrooms, digital mapping tools and well-developed fieldwork programmes that encourage deep geographical understanding. ECTs are fully supported through a structured mentoring programme that includes reduced teaching hours, regular coaching sessions and targeted CPD.
