About the job: IT Lead (Makati) | Onsite Target Start Date: 1st week of February 2026 Shift : Rotating Shift with 2 days off Work Setup : 100% Onsite (Makati) Responsibilities: Supervise and manage IT operations across stores and the head office, ensuring system uptime and reliability. Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems. Provide technical support for POS systems, inventory management tools, and other retail applications. Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards. Coordinate with global IT teams for system updates, integrations, and troubleshooting. Manage vendor relationships for IT equipment, software licensing, and service agreements. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a local or international retail company Strong knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and retail systems (POS, ERP).
