MINIMUMVEREISTEN Ingevuld Uniform Europees Aanbestedingsdocument (rechtsgeldig ondertekend). Gedragsverklaring Aanbesteden of equivalent hiervan (niet ouder dan 2 jaar). Kopie uittreksel uit de Kamer van Koophandel (KvK) of equivalent (niet ouder dan 6 maanden). Bewijs verzekering bedrijfs- of beroepsaansprakelijkheid. DOEL VAN DE OPDRACHT BELANGRIJKE COMPETENTIES Ervaring met zorg gerelateerde onderzoeken. Inzicht in de wettelijke taken van Zorginstituut Nederland. Vermogen om kwalitatief hoogstaand onderzoek te leveren.
