Customer Expert for Delivery Services - Norwegian - Remote in Greece

Position: Customer Expert Work model: Remote Location: Greece Employment type: Full-time What you will do: Handle inbound communication (calls, chats, tickets) from restaurant partners and end customers Resolve queries related to orders, refunds, delivery, and platform use Deliver professional and empathetic customer service support across all service channels Follow provided response templates and quality standards Escalate sensitive and unresolved issues where necessary Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the project What you will bring: Excellent communication skills in Norwegian Fluent in English – both spoken and written communication Previous experience is not required, but customer service background is a plus!
