Sales Executive - Solar

Company Background: We are representing our client, which is a reputable large-scale industrial solar solutions provider based in Shah Alam, Selangor with nationwide operations. As their expansion, they are looking for Sales Executive to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell solar energy systems and related products to residential and commercial customers. Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct site visits, present proposals, and provide consultations on solar solutions. Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction from proposal to installation. Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to company growth. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field — experience in renewable energy or construction is an advantage. Strong interest in solar energy and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) values. Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings or site visits. Possess own transport.
