Product & Customer Success Internship

What you’ll do: Content Creation & Launches : Assist in the planning and execution of new product feature releases, creating training materials such as guides, videos, and other resources. Customer Insights & Engagement : Conduct research, analyze data, and collaborate with teams on customer onboarding and retention strategies. Marketing Support : Help develop compelling customer success stories and testimonials that illustrate the value of our product. Who you are: Internship should be part of your coursework. Fluent in English communication skills (other European languages are a plus) Strong interest in SaaS products and customer success Curious, driven, and eager to learn about SaaS product management and customer success Confident communicating with customers, both in writing and in meetings Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple tasks Quick learner with a proactive approach; able to take initiative and ownership Ability to memorize details like product specifications. Basic knowledge of Google Suite. Bonus skills: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS Experience in retail or customer service.
