Marketing Manager

Location: Kings Hill / Hybrid Salary/package: £55,000 £60,000 per annum Contract type: Permanent Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Manager at LASER Energy , one of the UK’s leading energy and decarbonisation partners. Why this role matters As our Marketing Manager, you’ll shape the Energy Division's marketing function and set the strategic direction for brands including LASER , Lumina , and LASER Education . You’ll be a key member of the Senior Management Team, driving integrated marketing that supports business growth, builds brand leadership and inspires a talented team to deliver exceptional results. What you’ll be doing Lead the development and execution of a three-year marketing vision that builds brand reach and awareness across multiple brands. Plan and deliver a fully integrated annual marketing plan covering digital, PR, events, video and thought leadership. Oversee marketing performance through clear KPIs and ensure all activity delivers measurable ROI. Drive innovation through CRM and automation tools (Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights). Develop campaigns that engage public sector audiences and generate high quality leads. Collaborate with Sales, Technical and Service Delivery teams to launch new services and offerings. Manage, coach and develop a high performing marketing team. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners to maximise impact. What we’re looking for Proven experience leading a marketing team, ideally within energy, sustainability, or public sector markets. Strong understanding of digital channels and emerging marketing technologies. Confident using CRM and automation systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred). Track record of delivering commercial growth through strategic marketing. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing budgets and setting performance metrics. Collaborative leadership style that fosters creativity and accountability. Ambitious, forward-thinking and passionate about driving change towards net zero.
