Requirements 5+ years of employment litigation and class-action experience Proven ability to manage cases independently and lead a team Expertise in strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, and settlements Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise Junior Associates Oversee complex, high-stakes cases from start to finish Develop case strategies and coordinate discovery, depositions, and motions Guide client communications throughout litigation Contribute to long-term strategic planning on major legal issues Compensation & Benefits Salary: $200K–$400K + substantial bonuses Medical, dental, vision coverage Paid vacation and sick time Paid parking Employer-sponsored 401(k) with contributions
