Job Description: Develop and improve engineering processes using tools. Create and optimize process flows, fixtures, error-proofing, and work instructions to boost efficiency and quality. Maintain accurate records and oversee shopfloor systems (MES). Review customer documents, prepare engineering reports, and part approval submissions. Manage ECN execution, support NPI activities, and handle process validation and risk assessments. Drive continuous improvement projects and document engineering procedures. Collaborate with customers and ensure account requirements are met. Requirements:
