Hydraulic Service Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Hydraulic Service Technician to join our team in Acton, MA. Job Summary: As a Hydraulic Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations on a variety of hydraulic equipment. This includes troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our clients to provide exceptional service and maintain strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on hydraulic equipment such as pumps, motors, valves, and cylinders Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with hydraulic systems Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and ensure equipment is functioning properly Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in hydraulic technology Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in hydraulic equipment maintenance and repair Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and components Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Good communication and customer service skills Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and clean driving record Contract Details: This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime and on-call duties. This position will require travel to client sites within the Acton, MA area.
