Core Responsibilities & Scope Team Commander: Direct line management of Caretaking staff, overseeing daily operational schedules, and coordinating cleaning services. Compliance Chief: Responsibility for security systems, conducting regular site inspections, and completing all statutory H&S checks. Repair Responder: Managing planned and reactive maintenance, overseeing high quality of minor repairs, and supervising external contractors.
