School Counselor

We are currently seeking to hire a School Counselor – Kuwait Job Description: The School Counselor will support students’ academic, emotional, and social development through counseling, guidance, and wellbeing programs. Key Responsibilities: • Provide individual and group counseling sessions • Support student wellbeing and behavioral development • Assist with academic planning and guidance • Maintain confidential student records Requirements: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in counseling or psychology • Minimum 3–5 years school counseling experience • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Certification preferred Contract Details: • Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable by mutual agreement) • Start Date: 01 September 2026 Salary: • Monthly take-home salary around KWD 1,000 • Based on experience and qualifications • Negotiable for strong candidates Working Hours & Days: • Approximately 177 working days per academic year • Sunday to Thursday • 07:10 AM – 02:40 PM • Fridays & Saturdays are weekly holidays Benefits Package: • Two-way transportation provided • Fully furnished accommodation provided • Air ticket provided (joining, annual, and return) • 100% school fee discount for first two children
