History Teacher (British curriculum)

We are currently seeking to hire a History Teacher (British curriculum)– Kuwait Preferred Nationality: British Job Description: The History Teacher will deliver engaging instruction in history, developing students’ research skills, critical thinking, and historical awareness. Key Responsibilities: • Teach history aligned with British curriculum and IGCSE standards • Develop analytical and essay-writing skills • Prepare assessments and coursework • Support examination preparation Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in history or education • Minimum 3–5 years teaching experience • Strong subject knowledge and communication skills • Teaching certification preferred Contract Details: • Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable by mutual agreement) • Start Date: 01 September 2026 Salary: • Monthly take-home salary around KWD 1,000 • Based on qualifications and experience • Negotiable for strong candidates Working Hours & Days: • Approximately 177 working days per academic year • Sunday to Thursday • 07:10 AM – 02:40 PM • Fridays & Saturdays are weekly holidays Benefits Package: • Two-way transportation provided • Fully furnished accommodation provided • Air ticket provided (joining, annual, and return) • 100% school fee discount for first two children
