Teaching Assistant – Hayes

We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Hayes, starting as soon as possible. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to support pupils’ learning and development, working closely with teachers and other staff in a nurturing, structured environment. Teaching assistants are valued members of the team and play a vital role in the daily life of the school. The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2. This may include supporting whole-class lessons, leading small-group activities, and providing targeted one-to-one support for pupils who require additional help. You will also assist with classroom management, helping to maintain a positive, structured, and safe learning environment. You will work closely with teachers to implement differentiated learning strategies, ensuring that all pupils are able to access the curriculum and make progress. Observing and recording pupil progress, contributing to assessments, and providing feedback to staff are key responsibilities.
