Quantity Surveyor (Office renovation project)

Job Info: Salary: Basic up to $4500 Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) Location: Bendemeer MRT Responsibilities: Review construction drawings and prepare quantity take-offs. Analyse costs for maintenance and additional works. Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Negotiate costs and terms with contractors and subcontractors. Maintain proper documentation for tenders and procurement activities. Requirements: Degree in Civil/Quantity Surveying/Building/Construction or equivalent Minimum 1 years of QS experience in office renovation / interior design QS.
