What You'll Be Doing Your Role as a French Customer Advisor You'll be the first point of contact between customers and a world-renowned brand, making sure their questions are answered, their issues resolved, and their day made better. ️ Your Core Tasks: Support customers by phone, chat, or email in French Solve technical or general issues using documentation and training tools Represent the brand with clarity, care, and professionalism Recommend solutions and educate users where possible Document all interactions and maintain customer satisfaction KPIs What Were Looking For The Right Fit Matters We're not asking for miracles just solid skills, a team spirit, and a positive attitude.
