With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. Test Manager This is your mission Are you passionate about ensuring high-quality deliverables and driving test excellence? Then this position is for you. As a Test Manager , you will be responsible for managing the test activities, ensuring their quality, and guiding the testing teams through the entire project lifecycle within our ecosystem. Build side: Ensure the scoping and design of multiple projects or a Tribe. Organize workshops to draft the overall test strategy for the project. Develop and prepare the different test levels and types required. Alert the project regarding any missing documents or discrepancies in testing documentation. Collaborate with teams to ensure all test deliverables are validated and aligned with the project’s commitments. Run side: Manage test execution in compliance with standards across one or more projects. Monitor the planning, resources, and risks related to testing projects. Report on test progress and test results to project managers and stakeholders. Control the test execution phase, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met. Oversee the test closure activities and provide valuable insights for process improvements. This is your background You have at least 10 years of experience in demanding testing environments. You enjoy managing complex test portfolios and thrive in an Agile and collaborative atmosphere. You enjoy working in an Agile setting and continuously seek ways to innovate and improve testing processes. This is your expertise: Test Methodology Principles : Understanding the best practices for test strategy, design, and execution. ISTQB Certified : Deep knowledge of testing terminology and principles. Agile & DevOps : Experienced in managing test activities within an Agile and CI/CD environment. Risk Management : Identifying and mitigating risks across projects. Automation : Managing test automation processes in a CI/CD pipeline. Test Documentation : Ability to create, manage, and validate test documentation in compliance with applicable standards.
