Agile Project Manager-BANKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Location: Caribbean Job Type: Full-Time | Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Agile Project Manager to lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project success by fostering collaboration, removing obstacles, and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead Agile projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Track project performance and adjust strategies to meet objectives. Manage and prioritize the project backlog in coordination with the Product Owner. Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices to enhance efficiency. Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps). Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist).
