You will uphold high standards and model excellent behaviour and conduct. Your responsibilities include: Overseeing dining hall routines with a calm, authoritative presence Encouraging polite conversation, good manners and orderly movement Supervising well-maintained playgrounds and sports equipment Reporting any concerns or pastoral issues to senior staff Offering gentle guidance, mentorship and encouragement This position offers a refined, supportive working environment with strong staff relationships.
