We are seeking a passionate, innovative and confident Design Technology ECT to join an Outstanding secondary school in Watford from January . This role is ideal for a Newly Qualified Teacher looking to build a strong foundation in a well-established, high-performing DT faculty. You will deliver high-quality lessons across KS3–KS4 , gaining experience in practical project development, design theory, and safe workshop practices. You will be fully supported through the ECT induction framework, weekly mentoring, regular training sessions and a reduced teaching timetable.
