JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Registered Nurse Director - Surgical Services RN DIR - OR Full-Time Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Surgical Services opportunity will have the following job responsibilities: The Director of Surgical Services ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives. JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Registered Nurse Director - Surgical Services RN DIR - OR Full-Time Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Surgical Services opportunity must meet the following minimum job qualifications: MUST HAVE MIN 3 YRS OF DIR SS EXPERIENCE IN ACUTE CARE Minimum education of BSN Must have BLS and ACLS certifications Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of RN leadership experience
