Experience and Qualifications • Experience providing first- and second-line IT support (school experience advantageous) • Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking • Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and communicate effectively with staff at all levels • Excellent organisational and customer service skills • Relevant IT qualifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent) preferred School Information This Outstanding Salisbury academy has a forward-thinking approach to digital education and technology integration.
