The Role This post is ideal for an Early Career Teacher looking to teach Spanish across KS3–KS4 in a supportive, structured environment. The department places a strong emphasis on communication, cultural awareness and confidence in spoken language. The Department The MFL department is collaborative and diverse, offering Spanish and French at GCSE and A-Level. Lessons use interactive activities, digital resources and cultural links to make language learning relevant and engaging. As an ECT, you’ll receive weekly mentor support, regular feedback and opportunities to co-plan lessons with experienced colleagues.
