Youll play a key role in shaping AI interactions by evaluating, creating, and editing prompts to ensure accuracy, quality, and logical conversation flows. What youll do: Research, create, and edit short-form prompts for AI large language models Develop conversation flows and ensure smooth, logical interactions Evaluate content for accuracy, style, and sensitivity Collaborate with global teams to refine AI responses and improve user experience Who you are: Fluency in Japanese and good communication skills in English Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment Eligible to work in Germany or open to relocation Why Essen?
