ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with proven experience in EMV card issuance and personalization systems to join our on-site team in Sharjah, UAE . This role is ideal for someone passionate about secure payment technologies, backend systems, and hardware integration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop scalable applications using C#, .NET, and Java (Spring Boot) Create and consume RESTful APIs and WCF services Build microservices architectures using Docker and Kubernetes Integrate software with card printers, encoders, and readers Develop and maintain EMV scheme profiles (Visa, Mastercard, UPI, etc.) Work with HSMs to perform secure cryptographic operations Optimize and manage SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases Resolve production issues related to EMV data and personalization flows REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on software development experience. Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and Java. In-depth knowledge of EMV standards and card personalization processes. Experience working with microservices, containerization, and secure systems.
