Customer Support Agent – Dutch & English Location: Athens (Remote after probation) Start Date: 20 February 2026 / 6 March 2026 Work Model: Training & nesting: On-site in Athens (Attica) After 90 days: Possibility to work from home based on performance and KPIs Working Hours: Monday to Sunday Between 08:00 – 00:00 Salary: 1500€ gross/month Role Overview: As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers via multiple channels. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently Escalate complex cases when necessary, following internal procedures Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets Requirements: Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Basic technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly EU citizenship or valid right to work in Greece
