About the role We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team. You will provide high-quality support and ensure an excellent customer experience for German-speaking clients. Responsibilities Provide customer support in German via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account-related questions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems Escalate complex cases when required Requirements Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level) Good level of English (B2 or higher) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset Ability to work on-site Previous Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required What we offer Competitive salary package Relocation support (if applicable) International and multicultural working environment Training and career development opportunities
