B2B Sales Team Leader (Jakarta)

Responsibilities: Motivating the team to achieve sales targets meet and exceed sales targets Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts Manage complex negotiations Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers Identify prospects, create opportunities, and close deals Ensure execution of client requests and requirements, and respond to their service issues and inquiries Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer service requirements Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales Team Leader or Supervisor Experience in team management minimum 10 person Bachelors Degree in any related field Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems and cold calling Fluent in English
