Job Description:
As a Welder's Helper, you will assist welders with preparation tasks, handle materials, and help maintain equipment. You will set up workstations, ensuring that all necessary tools and materials are available, and maintain a clean and organized welding area to ensure safety and efficiency. Additionally, you will support the welding team with tasks such as grinding, fitting, and cleaning welds while following safety protocols and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist welders with material handling, equipment maintenance, and preparation.
• Set up workstations and ensure availability of tools and materials.
• Keep welding areas clean and organized for a safe and efficient work environment.
• Support tasks such as grinding, fitting, and cleaning welds.
• Follow all safety protocols and uphold high standards of quality.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or welding environment is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
