Pay: $18+/hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM (OT as needed, some Saturdays)

Requirements

• This is a safety-sensitive role.
• Must have a consistent job history (no job hopping).
• Minimum of one year of industrial painting experience.
• Ability to work on your feet consistently.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs consistently.
• Experience with heat exchangers is a plus.

Job Description

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sandblasting and cleaning metal parts.
• Apply paint and coatings to metal structures and assemblies.
• Ensure high-quality finishes that meet customer specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with a team to maintain productivity and meet deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in proper working condition.
