Position Title: Senior Sales Executive FSI & O - Rome
Job Purpose:
The role focuses on advancing and expanding sales and business growth within the Financial Services Sector (FSI) and additional target industries. The aim is to boost Hyntelo’s market influence in sectors including Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Telecom, Manufacturing, Automotive & Mobility, Health & Travel, Utilities & Media, Retail & E-Commerce.
This position entails comprehensive responsibility for all stages of the sales cycle: from generating leads to engaging with top-level executives, proposing intricate solutions (AI, Data; SaaS), and closing deals.
Key areas of focus include:
Identifying and securing new strategic customers.
Managing complex relationships with high-level decision-makers.
Enhancing the positioning of Lyriko or other Hyntelo solutions across crucial industries.
Primary Responsibilities:
Analyze target markets (FSI & other sectors) to identify key positions and rivals.
Develop qualified leads through networking activities such as events and meetings using CRM tools.
Deliver sales presentations, demonstrations, POCs; lead negotiations to finalization.
Work closely with technical teams to craft customized solutions.
Assist in defining commercial offers including pricing structures and service terms.
Participate actively in trade shows and industry gatherings.
Regularly report on KPIs like pipeline status and deal forecasts.
Guide junior staff members through mentoring programs.
Experience Required: 5–8+ years in complex B2B sales environments; experience preferred in areas like FinTech or enterprise software solutions.
Skills Needed: Strong negotiation abilities; proven track record interacting with C-suite leaders. Industry knowledge preferred in Financial Services or Technology sectors. Direct experience dealing with executive roles such as CIOs or CMOs. Proficiency with SaaS/AI/data analytics is beneficial. Fluent English proficiency required at C1 level;
Excellent command of CRM systems like Salesforce is essential.
Soft Skills Required: Leadership qualities with the ability to independently manage negotiations. Excellent communication skills for business storytelling.
Quantitative Objectives (Annual KPIs): New Business Revenue: Over €1 million within the first year Qualified Opportunities: At least 15 each quarter New client acquisition: 5+ new clients annually
