Position: Customer Success Manager (minimum 30 hours per week)

We provide a software service that aids businesses in 22 countries with hiring processes through Google. Our offering, "SEO for Jobs," is at the heart of what we deliver.
Role Overview:
To enhance our Customer Success division at our Hamburg office on Jungfernstieg 47 (near Gänsemarkt), we're seeking additional support. Your primary responsibility will involve consistently and proactively assisting clients, refining their accounts, and addressing questions from the US and UK via phone, video calls, or email.
What We're Looking For:
While prior experience in customer service is beneficial, it’s not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm for ensuring customer satisfaction. You should be communicative, solution-focused, and enjoy frequent interaction with our clients. Additionally, being quick to adapt to new software tools and being dependable are crucial traits. You'll thrive in a vibrant team environment.
This role is designed as a full-time position (at least 30 hours weekly).
The work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 11 PM to cater to our American clientele.
