Client Representative

Who we are looking for...

-We are hiring for a position that can be worked part-time or full-time, in the role of a Client Relations Appointment Setter who helps educate clients on financial services. Although the position is with a financial company, the position involves speaking to 1 client at a time, so we seek out candidates that are great with customer service and helping others first and foremost. The position can be worked remotely through Zoom, while also having the optional convenience of being able to work out of a nearby branch location to you. The position is absolutely not a call center-based position or a sales position.

Successful candidates will be self-motivated and have the ability to work with a wide variety of clients. They will demonstrate team building skills, as well as being adept at embracing challenges and show an ongoing commitment toward personal and professional growth.

No prior experience in the financial industry is mandatory, as we primarily look for a candidate’s social/people skills. There is a comprehensive training program offered with the position, to fully prepare a new associate for the position.

Employment type and compensation...

*1099 Commission Only

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduled appointments via appropriate systems and strategies

  • Obtain customer information and set sales appointments

  • Check for available appointment times and book appointments in a computerized system

  • Setting appointments for prospective and interested customers

  • Set appointments for the sales team

  • Talent management, recruiting, sourcing and talent development

  • Calling or meeting with prospects, qualifying and appointment setting

  • Setting up a service appointments

  • Making presentations and presenting it to a group of prospects
