You are a dynamic, dedicated and experienced Sr. Sales Manager (Americas) seeking new challenges, new team to lead and new quotas to eclipse.
Ideally you have experience with sales/designs of force measurement system within the OEM automotive and OEM trucking manufacturers
Requirements
• Responsible for developing and leading the sales team to successfully deliver annual sales and gross profit targets
• Develop and monitor accurate sales forecasts and budgets
• Develop, implement and oversee annual sales plans to meet annual revenue targets
• Directly manage key customer accounts, international accounts and custom accounts
• Drive business development
• Local to our Auburn area, WA facility
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in related disciplines; MBA a plus
• 10+ years of experience in sales at a senior level
• OEM automotive manufacturer experience or direct links selling to this group (preferred)
• Strong leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills Benefits
