LOCATION: Louisville, KY (Office and Job Site Based)
SHIFT HOURS: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Schedule may vary based on project needs)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO) to lead the implementation and management of enterprise project management methodologies and tools across the business. This position will support departmental leaders and oversee critical functions such as project scheduling standardization, deployment of the Project Management Information System (PMIS), and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). The role also manages the development of standard operating procedures and enterprise training programs, working cross-functionally to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead project scheduling standardization initiatives and ensure alignment with internal and external customer requirements
Oversee implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide PMIS and S&OP systems
Create and maintain business standard operating procedures in collaboration with departmental leaders
Enforce adherence to PMO methodologies, enterprise policies, and best practices
Maintain and support project controls tools, including integration with financial, procurement, quality, and reporting systems
Support development of the annual Project Management Department budget
Ensure consistent use of project management methodologies across all business functions
Provide dashboard reporting and resource analysis for project utilization and forecasts
Support development and rollout of tools to enhance project execution and effectiveness
Advise senior leadership on program and project planning and execution strategies
Provide coaching and mentoring for project teams; develop training programs for project managers
Oversee risk management and change order management processes
Maintain a master status list of all ongoing projects and produce executive-level reports
Lead development of knowledge management tools (e.g., project audit templates, lessons learned library)
Resolve project resource and integration conflicts across departments
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in a PMO or industrial engineering role
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
In-depth knowledge of project management principles and systems
Experience with business information and reporting systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Understanding of project scheduling practices and resource planning
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to obtain airport security clearance as required
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Hybrid role with time split between office and job site environments

Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and climb for prolonged periods depending on location
Repetitive data entry and typing tasks
Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds
