PARTNER ATTORNEY - MULTIPLE PRACTICE AREAS

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm is actively seeking talented Partners with a portable book of business ($1M+ minimum) who are looking for a new platform to grow their practice, collaborate with like-minded professionals, and thrive in a high-performing and supportive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individual lateral partnersor groups looking to make a strategic move together.

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

  • Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.

  • 8+ years of substantive legal experience with demonstrated leadership in private practice.

  • Proven ability to originate, maintain, and grow client relationships.

  • Portable book of businessrequired$1 million or more

  • Strong interpersonal skills, sound legal judgment, and a commercial mindset.

  • Desire to collaborate with firm leadership and fellow partners to build strategic, cross-functional success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base across a range of industries.

  • Lead client engagements and provide strategic counsel on complex legal matters.

  • Drive business development initiatives to grow your existing practice and support the firm’s broader objectives.

  • Collaborate with other partners to foster team integration and cross-practice synergies.

  • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the growth and culture of the office and firm.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive partner compensation and performance-based incentives. (Estimated annual salary range of $500,000-$2,000,000, commensurate with experience and book of business)
