Marketing Manager-Retail

THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF . . .

  • A minimum of 5 years in marketing position, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership role

  • Strong understanding of the grocery and retail industry  

  • Complete understanding of print, digital and social media

  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans

  • Ability to work at both the strategic and tactical marketing levels

  • Proven experience in leading high-functioning marketing teams

  • Exceptional team management skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis and marketing analytics

  • Ability to prepare corporate reports, budgets, forecasts, etc.

  • Excellent facilitation skills for planning and conducting effective meetings

  • Commitment to personal and professional development as well as team development at all levels of marketing

  • Must possess an attitude of service to others

  • Must possess strong communication skills including listening, speaking, reading, and writing

  • Demonstrates self-discipline and accountability

  • Must possess a strong desire to work hard, be enthusiastic, participate in achieving management goals, and lead by example

  • Visionary leader and team player with good follow-through and people skills

  • Excellent customer services skills

  • Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

  • Exemplifies health department standards

  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
