THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF . . .
A minimum of 5 years in marketing position, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership role
Strong understanding of the grocery and retail industry
Complete understanding of print, digital and social media
Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans
Ability to work at both the strategic and tactical marketing levels
Proven experience in leading high-functioning marketing teams
Exceptional team management skills
Proficiency in data analysis and marketing analytics
Ability to prepare corporate reports, budgets, forecasts, etc.
Excellent facilitation skills for planning and conducting effective meetings
Commitment to personal and professional development as well as team development at all levels of marketing
Must possess an attitude of service to others
Must possess strong communication skills including listening, speaking, reading, and writing
Demonstrates self-discipline and accountability
Must possess a strong desire to work hard, be enthusiastic, participate in achieving management goals, and lead by example
Visionary leader and team player with good follow-through and people skills
Excellent customer services skills
Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Exemplifies health department standards
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
